We deliver DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, Batch and MCC solutions under one engineering discipline—from basic and detailed engineering to software, FAT/SAT and commissioning.
NadProNet is an independent system integrator focused on control systems across process industries. We provide accessible, responsive and technically consistent support throughout the project, shaping the solution around process requirements rather than around a single product.
Our experience covers control-system architecture, redundant DCS/ESD design, batch automation, panel engineering, software development, field commissioning, documentation and technical inspection.
Our strength is not limited to software development; we treat architecture, safety, documentation, panels and field commissioning as parts of the same control system.
Design, software and commissioning experience across SIMATIC PCS 7, S7-410H, ET200SP HA, Safety Matrix, SIMATIC Batch, STEP 7, TIA Portal and WinCC-based applications.
We manage system architecture, software, FAT, SAT, loop checks and commissioning as one continuous project chain rather than as disconnected activities.
Real project experience with redundant CPU, I/O, server and network architectures, as well as ESD, Cause & Effect, Safety Matrix and fail-safe design approaches.
Field experience in DCS and process-automation projects across multiple countries, including Taiwan, Pakistan, Hungary, Algeria and Turkmenistan in addition to Turkey.
At every stage, we align deliverables, responsibilities and field realities within the same technical language.
We design CPU, remote I/O, redundant server/OS architecture, network topology and field communications around process availability and safety requirements. Our project experience includes S7-410H, ET200SP HA, Profinet/fiber and Profibus/OLM/Y-Link architectures.
We engineer PCS 7 Batch recipe management, phase/unit structures, sequence control, reporting and operator workflows together with the process design, following an ISA-88-oriented approach for sustainable and traceable batch applications.
We evaluate Safety Matrix, interlock, permissive and Cause & Effect logic together with process-safety documentation and provide design/review support for fail-safe systems using an IEC 61508 / IEC 61511-oriented approach.
For PLC, DCS, ESD and MCC panels, we prepare equipment selection, layout, electrical drawings and 3D panel design with manufacturing and maintenance accessibility in mind.
We produce consistent document sets covering I/O and alarm lists, communication I/O, process descriptions, interlock/logic documents, Cause & Effect, system architecture, panel drawings and user documentation.
We verify software functions, panel integration and field signals through FAT, SAT and loop checks, supporting a controlled and safe transition from engineering to operation.

Development of control modules, analog monitoring, motor/valve logic, interlocks and process-control functions in CFC.

Structured logic and reusable software libraries ranging from standard blocks to project-specific functions.

Traceable engineering of safety functions from Cause & Effect matrices to fail-safe logic and Safety Matrix implementation.

Component arrangement, mechanical layout, 3D modeling and electrical documentation for MCC, PLC, DCS and ESD panels.

The selected projects below illustrate our technical scope—from high-I/O PCS 7 systems and redundant DCS/ESD architectures to batch automation and international commissioning work.
Control-system programming in Siemens TIA Portal followed by site commissioning. Process-control functions, operator interfaces and field signals were verified as an integrated system, with commissioning completed in three weeks.
DCS installation and commissioning for an air-separation unit using PCS 7 V9 and Siemens SiVaaS architecture, including S7-410H, ET200SP HA over Profinet/fiber, ET200M via Profibus/OLM/Y-Link and HP server/thin-client infrastructure.
Engineering and commissioning support for a large PCS 7 V9 DCS application with more than 6,000 I/O. Siemens virtualization infrastructure was used for engineering and operator stations.
Redundant PCS 7 architecture with PCS 7 Batch integration for a process containing 4 reactors, 20 storage tanks and 20 raw-material tanks. The solution included recipe management, batch reporting and high-availability operation.
DCS based on S7-410-5H with ESD functions implemented through Safety Matrix and drive/load-cell communications over Profinet, combining process control and functional-safety engineering within one project discipline.
Design, programming and documentation of the DCS and emergency-shutdown systems for a gas-treatment plant, using redundant S7-400H/S7-400FH architecture, ET200M remote I/O, dual-ring networks and a fail-safe SIL3 approach.
